Timber Yard comprised of two large residential buildings in Birmingham which boasts a collection of 379 modern 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. Both buildings surround a private landscaped courtyard garden with the Ground Floor hosting a large commercial area for a range of uses.

The SFS Infill project was detailed to a Concrete Structure, with the project being phased between the two East and West buildings for ease of access to the site.
