This large brownfield site has been regenerated into a mixed-use development, comprising of Student Accommodation with over 350 beds along with community and employment spaces at Ground Floor.

This SFS infill Project detailed to a Concrete Structure, was one of the largest projects the MACS Draughting Team have completed. The project was split into phases for site delivery and we successfully managed to hit all our deadlines and deliver the project on time for our client.
