Cathcart House is an exclusive redevelopment of a listed building, located in Glasgow. The iconic building was originally constructed as a factory and developed in to 1, 2 & 3 Bedroom apartments along with luxury 2 Bedroom Penthouses.

This project comprised of a redevelopment of an existing Concrete Structure ranging from Infill and Oversail Systems to the external Façade . The Penthouses were Load Bearing SFS built off a HR Steel Transfer Structure with a Gullwing Joisted Roof.
